Our instructors have to achieve Grade 8 certification in pop music by LCMM (London College of Music & Media) or they are selected based on their experience in music coaching & live performances.
We inspire our students by giving them various performing opportunities where they showcase what they have learned, gain valuable experiences and develop their self-confidence. Apart from sharing our knowledge and passion to our students, we spread our love to the society by performing at old folks' homes, children's homes and organise charity concerts such as for the Singapore Heart Foundation in 2006, Sichuan Earthquake in 2008 and the Japan Tsunami in 2011.
Potential students aspiring to pursue a career in the music scene will be marketed to local and foreign music-related companies. Alternatively we will train them to become our academy's music instructors.
Derived from 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho, Artchemist represents the strength and determination to realise one's dreams and beholds the power to truly excel in performing arts!

Artchemist 表演藝術學院以分享知識和培育表演藝術愛好者的願景成立於2006年7月23日。課程教材源由本院藝術指導 Jones石康鈞老師（新加坡創作歌手）設計及企劃。從最初的聲樂及歌唱技巧課程，我們也了推出了流行音樂創作和樂器課程。本院也會不斷改善教材內容來幫助同學們以更有效的方式學習及應付更多的音樂類型。本院也研發了其它特殊的短程班（例：藝人必備班）讓同學們從演藝人員的角度學習到主修課程以外的知識和技巧。
本院導師都擁有充份的教學和演出經驗或者他們都必須考取 London College of Music & Media（倫敦音樂及傳媒學院）認證的8級文憑 。
本院也激勵和給予同學們各種演出機會以讓他們學以致用、累積豐富的舞台經驗和加強自信心。除了分享我們的知識和對藝術的熱愛，我們也帶領學生把這份熱忱帶到公益活動上（例：安老院及孤兒院的公益演出，2008年四川大地震，2011年日本海嘯等籌募演唱會）。除此之外，本院也相當樂意推薦有潛力和有意加入娛樂事業的同學們到各個音樂製作或唱片公司或者訓練他們為本院導師。
本院取名為 Artchemist 是從作家保羅科爾賀 (Paulo Coelho) 的著作 'The Alchemist'《牧羊少年奇幻之旅》得到靈感，它代表了藝術表演者與觀眾之間產生的'化學作用'，以及為實現夢想而永不放棄的精神。同時，Artchemist 代表了對音樂及表演藝術的熱忱。
